TRAVEL
Stop talking about what you would love to do and do it! Work it out and don't apologize, strategize! People will think you're crazy-so what? Make no excuses to people who don't deserve penetrating your wellbeing. Unless it is hurting someone, why does your happiness affect their life? That says more about them than you. Be comfortable in your choices. You will have a very hard time finding out who you truly are if you have not seen how other people live. I promise you, it's one of the most educational things you can do, to open the door to finding what really is important to you personally evolving as a person.
Journaling
While you're going through a transformation, you sometimes forget what you went through to get there. Documenting your journey, will help you capture your strength at this time. It’s hard trying to find peace while you’re working through pain or fighting demons. While I practiced journaling, every time I recognized a trigger, or certain behavior patterns I wanted to change, it helped me to hold myself accountable. I also practice this for the beauty and love I feel in myself. On days when you’re hard on yourself, reflecting on your writing reminds you that life is always changing. Even if it is a part of yourself you don’t like, document it, meet it, talk to it, and let it go!
SELF CARE
To feel self-love, overall balance and confidence, you have to take pride and take care of yourself! Regardless of your lifestyle, style or budget, you should always feel amazing. It’s true that the ultimate glow comes from within. I have spent years educating myself, as much of my career has been related to aesthetics. When I look in the mirror now, instead of trying to cover up a flaw I see, I can recognize the issue that has caused a change. I have stopped abusing my body and skin.
